Brittany has walked me through the process of buying my first home, along with a few investment properties this year. During my first home purchase she was quick to respond and set me up with a showing. The house was a renovation and she was able to share her opinion on the costs to renovate and overall potential resale value upon completion. I wish I could give him more stars honestly! He was so amazing, so professional! His negotiation skills were superb, he was really able to help me and the landlord meet in the middle on our needs. I needed a home in the Royal Oak area but I lived in the Ypsilanti area and worked remote. There was no way I could accommodate those viewings.
