My name is Jacob, but you can call me Jake!

- I am a grandson, son, brother, and a boyfriend!

- I grew up in a very competitive atmosphere in Soccer, I had the opportunity on many
different occasions to represent the State, Region, and Country throughout my youth career playing with the Michigan Wolves as well as Vardar, every year being able to compete past the state level 13-18 I was a state / regional champ, but never won the national championship!

- I was the captain of Schoolcraft College for 2 years where we went on to nationals our first year, before moving on to playing at Saginaw Valley State University for my last two years where we went to the sweet 16 both years and elite 8 my senior year. I studied art / graphic design.

- I played semi professionally in Ann Arbor for 4 years at AFC Ann Arbor during the summer while in college as well.

- I was also lucky enough to play Internationally in China when I was young, and for a short stint in Italy, for a little while after college!

- During my Soccer career I was what you could call a handy man, - I was involved in dozens of demo jobs, renovations (Flooring, Paint, Drywall Repair, Trim, ect..), and flips.

- When I decided to call it quits on Soccer, I then went back to school to get my Universal Licence in HVAC! I worked in HVAC a little over a year as a Repair Technician.

- Anything outdoors I LOVE. (Hunting, Fishing, Hiking, SPORTS).

- I got into this industry because of my love for people and of course the competitive nature this business brings, which was something I was lacking in my previous Job. I love a challenge and the opportunity to help solve others problems or supply the need to someone's wants. I work in both residential and commercial Real Estate, helping clients with Buying, Selling, Renting, and Investing!
